Meet Mike - The Face Behind Kylexis Properties
Mike Durish, Owner of Kylexis Properties, is a skilled contractor with 25+ years of experience in the Construction Industry. He founded Kylexis Properties in 2015 with the desire to serve others by building them the spaces of their dreams. Mike brings a strong attention to detail and hard work ethic to every project, allowing him to deliver quality results. No small detail goes unnoticed in Mike’s project execution. When you choose Kylexis Properties, you can count on an attentive relationship with Mike as he attends to your project. Throughout the project timeline, Mike is dedicated to understanding your budget, vision, needs, and goals.
Throughout Mike’s career, he has worked for large General Contractors, Developers, and Municipalities. He has gained extensive experience through his hands-on titles, including Estimator, Superintendent, Project Manager, and Area Manager.
Mike is a Certified Residential Contractor in the State of Florida since 2005. He oversees all of Kylexis’ projects with his leadership and expertise. From minor repairs to rebuilding a home from its bones, Mike has the capabilities to fulfill your needs. He ensures that his skilled and qualified team bring a high-level of craftsmanship as well.
When he isn’t working, Mike is spending time with his wife, Jen, and two daughters, Kylie and Alexis. Mike enjoys playing golf, attending car shows, and taking care of his yard.
